摘要
目的:认真做好食管癌围手术期护理,探讨食管癌术后并发症与护理关系。方法:将食管癌手术病人245例随机分为两组,实验组123例,对照组122例,对照组采用传统的护理方法,实验组进行相应的护理干预,观察并比较两组病人术后并发症发生的情况。结果:两组病人术后并发症的发生率实验组为25.2%,对照组为44.26%。两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:科学的围手术期护理可防止或降低术后并发症的发生。
Objective. Do the esophageal perioperative care, after esophagectomy complications and nurs- ing relationship. Methods. Will 245 cases of esophageal surgery patients were randomly divided into two groups, the 123 cases, 122 cases of control group and control group in the use of the traditional nursing method, the experimental group for the corresponding nursing intervention, observe and compare two groups of patients the postoperative complications happened. Results. Two groups of patients, the incidence of postoperative complications for the 25.2 %, compared with 44. 26 %. Both with significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion. Scientific perioperative care can prevent or reduce postoperative complications.
