Hebei Province Village Clinic Human Health Resource Survey and Analysis

目的:了解河北省村卫生室的卫生人力资源现状,为今后合理配置村卫生室人员提供依据。方法:自制问卷对河北省215所村卫生室进行调查,使用SPSS 16.0统计学软件对调查数据进行分析。结果:河北省每千农业人口有卫生人员数2.40人;卫生人员以中专学历为主,占68.6%;平均年龄为40.5岁。结论:河北省大部分村卫生室卫生人员数量充裕,整体素质有待提高。

Objective To know about the status quo of village clinics in Hebei province,and to provide basis for reasonable configuration for future village clinic personnel. Methods Self- made questionnaire was adopted to investigate 215 village clinics of Hebei province and the data were analyzed with SPSS 16.0. Results There were 2.40 health workers for every thousand agricultural population in Hebei province. 68.6% of health workers had educational background of technical stool. The average age of health workers were 40. 5 years old. Conclusion There are abundant number of health workers in most of village clinics of Hebei province,yet the overall quality is to be improved.
