摘要
目的:了解衢州市食源性沙门氏菌在食品中的污染状况,为食源性沙门氏菌的控制与干预提供依据。方法:依据《中华人民共和国国家标准食品卫生微生物学检验方法》和国家食源性疾病监测网监测方案进行监测。结果:2002年至2009年共检测食品样品751份,检出沙门氏菌48株,检出率为6.39%;而且阳性标本主要来自生禽畜肉样品(11.4%)。结论:衢州市居民主要消费食品存在食源性致病菌污染;应加强食品卫生的监督检查和管理。
Objective To explore contamination status of food by Salmonella in Quzhou City and to provide scientific basis for further control and intervention. Methods"State Standard of the People's Republic of China--Microbiological Examination of Food Hygiene" and the scheme of Chinese National Foodborne Disease Surveillance Network were used. Results Altogether there were 751 samples collected and tested. There were 48 positive pathogens, and the detection rate of pathogens was 6.39% ,particularly existing in raw or frozen poultry meat (11.4%). Conclusion The study showed that there were pathogens contamination in Quzhou City. Therefore it is necessary to further strengthen public hygiene supervision and monitoring in the process of processing and transportation to minimize the occurrence of foodborne diseases.
