Discussion on iron and sulfur enrichment and treatment during Dressing Bayer process

对选矿拜耳法氧化铝生产中出现的氢氧化铝过滤困难、产品氢氧化铝发绿,成品氧化铝中铁和硫的含量升高等现象,经过分析排查,找出原因,并提出了相应的处理措施。

During alumina production by Dressing Bayer process, some situations appeared, for example, aluminium hydroxide was difficult to filter, green alumina products appeared and contents of iron end sulfur in alumina products increased. After investigating and analyzing, the reasons were found and the relevant treatments were proposed.
