摘要
以Al(NO3)3为原料,尿素为OH-缓释沉淀剂,采用水热-均匀沉淀法得到了自组装生成的三维"十"字型拟薄水铝石(γ-AlOOH)前驱物。采用XRD、TG-DSC、SEM等方法对产物进行表征,结果表明,该"十"字型微观结构的翼长及长度约50nm,在该三维结构形成过程中,尿素作为OH-缓释剂起决定性作用。前驱物在550℃焙烧2h后得到的γ-Al2O3保持了该三维"十"字微观结构,其表面积为230 m2/g、平均粒径为6nm,对温度、时间、尿素投料比例等影响因素进行了探讨。
The 3D "十" shape -like of γ -AIOOH and T -AI2 03 microstructures were synthesized via hydrothermal -coprecipitation method using AI( NO3 )3 as raw material and CO( NH2 )2 as slow -release precipitant of OH-. The crystal structures and the morphologies of y -AIOOH and y - A1203 were characterized by XRD, SEM and TG -DSC, et al. It was shown that the products has an average diameter of 5Ohm. The slow -release precipitant of CO ( N H2 ) 2 was found to play a key role in achieving the uniform morphology of the 3 D product, and γ- Al2O3 kept its original microstructures by roasting in 550℃ last 2h. The surface area of γ- Al2O3 was 230 m^2/g and the average size was 6nm. The paper also discussed the influential factors such as temperature, time and the feeding proportion of CO( NH2 )2.
