The prices of the bulk raw materials and energy for alumina production are rising nowdays. In order to reduce production costs and increase market competitiveness, Henan Branch of China aluminium corporation combined with its own characteris＇tics of the production process, and carried out production organization mode innovation and management innovation constantly. Gibbsite production process was put into use,which is more economical,and after two years of practice,the obvious effect of reducing costs and increasing profits have been reached.
