摘要
分析了电解烟气净化系统的能耗构成,引风机是净化系统主要的动力源。在满足环保排放标准的要求下,应通过减少净化系统的烟气量和降低系统的压力损失来减少净化系统能耗,并最终将净化系统的能耗控制在铝厂综合交流电耗的1.3%以下。
This paper analyses the energy consumption of the dry scrubbing system, and the exhausting fan is the main power source of the system. With meeting the strict environmental criterions, the less power consumption of dry scrubbing system should be tried to gotten by decreasing gas flow and reducing pressure drop from the system. The final purpose is to make the system energy consumption below 1.3% of total AC power consumption.
