摘要 盐穴储气库是我国重要的储气库类型,在我国南方地区具有广阔的建设空间,目前江苏省金坛市运行了国内第一座盐穴型储气库。上千万立方米天然气被高压储存在人工溶成的盐穴内,作为注(采)天然气唯一通道的注采井,其气密封性能是保证储气库安全运行的重要因素之一。为确保天然气的安全储存,根据国内盐穴储气库建设实际,吸收国外盐穴储气库的成熟设计理念,重点论述了在盐穴储气库完井阶段如何保证注采井的气密封性能,得出了盐穴注采井完井设计时需要考虑的重要因素,同时展望了盐穴储气库完井新技术,对今后国内盐穴储气库的完井设计具有指导作用。 Salt cave gas storage is one of important gas storages in China and has a wide development space especially in the south of China.At present,the first salt cave gas storage in China has been put into operation in Jintan city of Jiangsu province and millions of m3 high pressure gas is stored in salt cave dissolved artificially.Gas injection(production) well is a unique channel through which gas is injected into or produced out from salt cave and its gas tight performance is one of critical factors for assuring its proper operation.To ensure safety of gas storage,analyzed are actual situations of salt cave gas storage construction in China,introduced are mature concepts in foreign salt cave gas storage designs,described in detail is to how to assure gas tight performance of gas injection(production) well during salt cave gas storage well completion,summarized are critical factors needed to be considered in salt cave gas injection(production) well completion design and forecast are new technologies in well completion,which will provide valuable guidance for future salt cave gas injection(production) well completion design in China.
