摘要 本实验采用3×3析因设计。研究了铜和碘在不同水平下对小鼠甲状腺功能及组织形态学的影响。结果表明:铜对甲状腺作用取决于碘的水平、铜摄入多少和摄取时间的长短:短期缺碘时补铜可抑制甲状腺肿发生;长期缺碘时铜的这种作用消失,摄入高铜则促进甲状腺肿发生。在高碘情况下,铜对甲状腺肿发生、发展无明显影响。 The present study adopted 3~*3 factorial experiment design.The infuence of co-pper and iodine in the different levels on the function and histological changesof mice thyroid was demonstrated。The results showed that the effect of copperon goiter depended on the iodine level,the concentration and the time of copperintake.The copper supplement might inhibite occurence of goiter in a shortperiod of iodine deficiency (by the end of four months).The above effect ofcopper on goiter disappeared by the end of eight months,moreover,the supplyof high copper might promote the occurrence of goiter.In the case of high iodinethe influence of copper on the occurrence and development of goiter was notevident.
