摘要
本文用催化动力学—分光光度法测定食盐中的碘,采用固定浓度法处理反应速度;用标准加入法定量;运用空白加标,能在计算或作图求结果时自动扣除本底值。该法无须恒温器和制作标准曲线,因而较为灵活简便,适于不成批的零星样品中痕量碘的测定。
The iodine in iodized salt is determinated by a catalytic method,adopting fi-xed-concentration procedure to deal with reaction velocity,using standard addition toquantify the sample and standard-addition in blank to deduct the background.Thismethod does not need thermostat and standard curve,so it is flexible and adaptablefor determination of trace iodine in odd samples of different catagories。
