摘要
利用在地克病病区复制的碘缺乏仔代大鼠动物模型,对其进行脑干诱发反应客观的听力测定,并用电镜等形态学方法研究了碘缺乏对听力的影响及其机制。实验结果表明,缺碘造成仔鼠生后早期耳蜗结构的发育延迟,并导致60日龄仔鼠不可逆性的听力障碍,听阈提高,波Ⅰ潜伏期明显延长及 Ⅰ—Ⅳ间期的轻度廷长。其外周听觉感受器及第一级神经元的主要病变为发育不良及变性。
The methods of both electrophysiological(BSRA:brain stem response audio-metry)and morphological techniques(transmission and scanning,electron micro-scopy)were used to study the influence of iodine deficiency on audition andits mechanism in the animal model of iodine deficient rat pups fed in se-vere cretinism area.The results show that iodine deficiency lead to a sluggish development ofthe choclear structures in the neonatal period and an irreversible hearing desfun-ction with definite elevated threshold and wave I latency and slightly increasedⅠ-Ⅳ interpeak interval in the 60-day-old rats.And the organ of the Corti andspiral ganglion neurons demonstrated hypoplasia and degeneration。
