信息化管理视角下的西安市交通拥堵研究

Study on traffic congestion in the perspective of the information management in Xi'an

西安市作为我国西部重要城市之一,同样面临着城市交通供给能力有限和城市交通需求快速增长的矛盾。通过实地调查走访、问卷调查等方式,对西安的拥堵现状进行了深入的研究,通过分析,结合西安市当前交通现状,从信息化管理角度提出了缓解交通拥堵的建议,指出信息化管理手段需要提高,交通管理信息化水平有待提高,科学管理停车位,挖掘道路停车最大潜力,实行分路段计时收费器进行管理,对接送孩子上学放学的车辆划定一定范围,利用高新技术建设智能交通管理系统。

As one of important western city, Xi＇an is also facing the contradictions between the support and the demand of urban traffic. This paper research the congestion status of the Xi＇an by surveys, questionnaires, etc. Through the analysis, combined with the current traffic situation in Xi＇an, it puts forward to ease traffic congestion suggestions in the Perspective of the Information Management, it points out that improving the means of information management and the level of traffic information management, scientific parking management, mining road maximum potential, implementing the management of charge according to the location and time, delimiting a parking range for the transport vehicle, constructing intelligent traffic management system with high technology.
