摘要
人才是一个地区经济发展的重要推动力,然而,目前河北人才相对不足,且存在严重流失。基于此,河北省应考虑自身的环境,立足于京津冀区域整体发展要求,建立合理的人才层级激励机制,并采用物质与非物质手段激励人才提高工作效率。同时还应为人才创造成长小生境,促进人才水平的提高。
In economic development, talent is the important impetus. However, there exist shortage of talents and serious talent leaving in Hebei. So Hebei should establish good incentive mechanism among different levels and use material and non-material methods to encourage talents improving their working efficient based on the regional development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. Hebei also should establish the proper niche for talents so as to improve the level of talents
