区域生态足迹与资源型产业发展的关联性分析——基于2000年—2009年安徽省数据的实证研究

The Relevance Analysis on Regional Ecological Footprints and the Development of Resource-based Industry: An Empirical Analysis on the Data of Anhui from 2000 to 2009

首先核算并分析了2000年—2009年安徽省的生态足迹,之后引入回归分析方法对矿产资源开发利用领域的生态足迹效应进行了实证分析。分析得出区域生态足迹将持续上升,碳足迹也逐渐成为生态足迹的主导,而采矿业及其后续的加工业对生态足迹存在不同程度的影响。进而就调整能源消费结构、控制矿产资源开采规模、改革税收激励机制、倡导环境道德等方面,提出了维持区域生态环境均衡发展的一些建议。

This study first evaluates the ecological footprints of Anhui province based on statistic data from 2000 to 2009, and then it makes an empirical analysis on the exploitation and utilization of mineral resources by introducing the regression analysis method. The result shows that the regional ecological footprint will be a continuous ascend- ing, the carbon footprint is becoming dominant, and mining industry and its successive industry have various im- pacts on ecological footprints. Thus, several suggestions are proposed for maintaining the equilibrium development of regional ecological environment, such as adjusting the energy consumption structure, controlling the mining scale of mineral resources, reforming the tax incentive mechanism, advocating environmental morality.
