高能聚焦超声联合三维适形放疗治疗晚期胰腺癌的临床观察

Clinical study of thermotherapy of HIFU in combination with 3D-CRT treating Advanced pancreatic cancer

目的:观察高能聚焦超声(HIFU)与三维适形放疗(3D-CRT)联合治疗晚期胰腺癌的近期疗效和毒副作用。方法:将23例晚期胰腺癌期患者随机分为A组HIFU+3DCRT,B组单纯放疗。结果:A组的近期有效率为37.5%,B组为22.7%,A组临床受益率为91.6%,B组为72.7%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。主要毒性反应为白细胞减少和血小板减少。结论:HIFU+3DCRT联合治疗晚期胰腺癌有较好的疗效和耐受性。

Objective：To study the effect and toxicity of high intensity focused ultrasound（HIFU） combined with three dimensional conformal radiation therapy（3D-CRT） in the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer Method：23 patients with advanced pancreatic cancer were randomly divided into group A（HIFU ＋3D-CRT） and group B（3D-CRT alone）.Results：The effective rate in group A was 37.5% and 22.7% in group B.The clinical beneficial rate in group A was 91.6%,and 72.7% in group B.There was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.The main toxicities were leucocytopenia and thrombocytopenia.Conclusion：Thermotherapy of HIFU in combination with 3D-CRT is a feasible and well-tolerated method treating advanced pancreatic cancer？。
