老年人急性阑尾炎超声检查及临床意义分析

目的:探讨老年人急性阑尾炎的超声表现、显示率及临床意义。方法:对152例右下腹痛的患者进行阑尾区超声检查,并与61例经超声检查诊断为急性阑尾炎,且得到手术及病理证实的患者进行比较分析。结果:超声诊断为急性阑尾炎,均经手术及病理证实。根据阑尾超声改变程度分类与病理结果对比分析,诊断符合率89.9%。且老年人急性阑尾炎管壁血流显示低于成人,阑尾穿孔发生率高于成人。结论:老年人急性阑尾炎的症状往往不典型,而超声检查可发现异常肿大的阑尾,可作为老年急性阑尾炎的常规检查手段。

Objective To evaluate the performance of elderly patients with acute appendicitis,ultrasound,display rate and clinical significance.Method on 152 cases of patients with right lower abdominal pain ultrasound appendix area,and with 61 cases of ultrasound diagnosis of acute appendicitis,and get the surgery and pathology were analyzed.Results Ultrasound diagnosis of acute appendicitis,were confirmed by surgery and pathology.According to appendix ultrasound classification with pathological changes of the results of comparative analysis of the diagnostic accuracy of 89.9%.Blood flow in elderly patients with acute appendicitis and the wall shows less than adults,the high incidence of perforated appendicitis in adults.Conclusion elderly patients with acute appendicitis symptoms are often atypical,and abnormal enlargement of the ultrasound examination can be found in the appendix,can be used as a routine examination of acute appendicitis means.
