摘要
本文通过地甲病轻病区50例(7~14岁)健康儿童,50例(18~45岁)健康成人24小时尿碘、肌酐与下午一次尿碘、肌酐测定,讨论尿碘含量的表达方式。实验结果表明1、被测人群尿肌酐代谢水平低于正常,变异范围较大。如用尿碘、肌酐比值法表示尿碘测定结果,必须使用当地人群的肌酐排泄量进行校正;2、一次尿碘与24小时尿碘用μg/dl(浓度法)表示,二者呈正相关,说明一次尿碘用浓度法(μg/dl)表示优于尿碘、肌酐比值法。
The urinary iodine of 50 healthy adults and 50 children of a IDD area weredetermined by collecting causal and 24h urine samples。The results of iodine assayexpressed with total iodine excretion(μg/day),ratio of iodine to creatinine(μg/gCr)and urinary iodine concentration(μg/dl)respectively。The expressionfashion of urinary iodine mentioned above were discussed in details.It was showed that the total iodine excretions(μg/day)were normal in adultsand children because of implementation of iodized salt program there,but thecreatinine excretion was lower than normal one.It was probably caused byproteine malnutrition in IDD area。The results of urinary iodine in expression ofthe ratio of iodine to creatinine(μg/g Cr)using normal correcting coefficient ofcreatinine excretion(male 1.5g,female 1.0g)was markedly higher than that oftotal iodine excretion(μg/day).The concentration of urinary iodine expressedby microgram per decilitre(μg/dl),however,was in accordant with that ofcausal and 24h urine iodine.Based on our experimental result we consider thatusing the urinary iodine concentration (μg/dl)instead of the ratio of iodine tocreatinine(μg/g Cr) is more practical.
