切开复位治疗舟骨骨折伴月骨脱位的疗临床效

目的:观察切开复位在治疗舟骨月骨周围骨折-脱位中的治疗效果。方法:分析2008年12月至2011年6月间随访资料完整的12例经舟骨骨折伴月骨周围脱位患者的临床资料。其中男性8例,女性4例,年龄16-38岁,平均年龄26岁,其中闭合性骨折手法复位失败7例,手法复位成功后保守治疗再脱位1例,陈旧性骨折1例,4例并发正中神经损伤,12例患者均采用切开复位、克氏针固定等手术治疗方法,必要者给予神经探查。结果:12例患者均随访3-20个月,平均12个月。根据Cooney评分结果:其中优7例,良4例,可1例,优良率91.7%。正中神经功能恢复良好,未见月骨坏死,舟骨骨折均愈合,愈合时间2-5个月,腕关节功能恢复好。结论:手术切开复位在治疗舟骨月骨周围骨折-脱位中的效果良好。

Objective：To observe the open reduction in the treatment of scaphoid and lunate bone fracture-dislocation of the therapeutic effect of.Methods：analysis of the 2008 December to 2011 June follow-up data in 12 cases of complete with perilunate dislocation of the scaphoid bone fracture patients.There were 8 male,female 4,age 16-38 years old,average age is 26 years old,which closed manipulative reduction of fracture failure in 7 cases,manipulative reduction after successful conservative treatment of redislocation in 1 cases of old fracture,1 cases,4 cases of median nerve injury,12 cases of patients underwent open reduction,fixation with Kirschner wires such operation treatment method,necessary nerve exploration.Results：12 patients were followed up for 3-20 months,an average of 12 months.According to Cooney score results：excellent in 7 cases,good in 4 cases,in 1 cases,the excellent and good rate was 91.7%.Median nerve function recovered well,no month osteonecrosis scaphoid fractures were healing,healing time,2-5 months,wrist joint function recovery.Conclusion：the operation of open reduction in the treatment of scaphoid and lunate bone fracture-dislocation of a good effect.
