复合式小梁切除术治疗难治性青光眼26例疗效观察

目的:探讨复合式小粱切除术在难治性青光眼的效果。方法:对26例32眼难治性青光眼采用复合式小梁切除术进行治疗,术后对前房深度、眼压、滤过泡情况进行观察,并随访1年以上。结果:本组病例术后眼压控制良好I、II度浅前房发生率低,手术成功率89.58%。结论:复合式小梁切除术术式是治疗难治性青光眼较为理想的一种手术方式,值得推广和深入研究。

Objective：To study the compound trabeculectomy on refractory glaucoma.Methods：26 cases 32 eyes with refractory glaucoma with complex trabeculectomy for treatment,postoperative on anterior chamber depth,intraocular pressure,filtering blebs were observed,and followed up for more than 1 years.Results：in this group of cases of postoperative intraocular pressure control of good I,II degree shallow anterior chamber rate is low,the success rate of the operation 89.58%.Conclusion：compound trabeculectomy surgery in the treatment of refractory glaucoma is an ideal operation mode,be worth to popularize and in-depth study.
