摘要 DMDAAC-AM共聚物是一种性能优良的防膨剂。以二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)、丙烯酰胺(AM)为反应原料,过硫酸钾为引发剂合成共聚物防膨剂PDA。通过室内研究对其进行性能评价,实验结果表明:1.0%PDA防膨剂线性膨胀率仅为22.6%,防膨性能明显优于氯化钾溶液。当温度为150℃时,热滚动24 h防膨性能依然稳定。该防膨剂体系具有很好的抗盐性能,对天然岩心伤害率均小于20%。 DMDAAC-AM Copolymer is a excellent anti-swelling agent. Using dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride(DMDAAC) and acrylamid(AM) as the reaction materials, and potassium persulfate as initiating agent synthesised the copolymer anti-swelling agent PDA. Through laboratory experiments, the performance of anti-swelling agent PDA was studied, the results show that the anti-swelling performance of PDA is better than potassium chloride solution, the percentage of bed-expansion of 1% PDA anti-swelling agent is only 22.6% ; The anti-swelling performance is still stable by rolling at 150℃ in 24 hours, and salty resistance is good. The damage rate of natural core is less than 20%.
