摘要
在石油钻井中,随着钻井深度的逐渐加深和钻井射流中的固相颗粒含量的不断增多,将会影响钻井射流清洗井底岩屑的效果,导致钻井速度降低,钻头磨损加剧。为此,根据水力旋流器的工作原理、结构和井下空间的适应性,进行了井下水力旋流器室内实验装置的结构设计。最后对它进行了室内实验。实验表明,井下水力旋流器的使用,进入钻头的固相含量降低值在0.9%~1.4%之间。
With the increase of depth in drilling and the content of solid phase in water jet,it will influence the effect on underground cleaning,decrease speed of drilling and exacerbate bit wear.Therefore,according to the downhole hydrocyclone operating principle,structure and underground space adaptability,we design the structure of the downhole hydrocyclone.Finally we take some indoor experiments.Experiments show that,when using the downhole hydrocyclone,the reduced numerical value entering into drill bit is between 0.9% and 1.4%.
