1/2野血牦牛乳蛋白多态性的研究

Studies on Polymorphism of Milk Protein in Half Wild Blood Yak

采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对 1/ 2野血牦牛乳蛋白多态性进行了研究。结果发现 ,1/2野血牦牛酪蛋白中的αs1—酪蛋白有三种变异体 ,四种表型 ,表现出多态性 ;α—乳白蛋白、β—酪蛋白、β—乳球蛋白仅有一种变异体 。

The polymorphism of milk protein in half wild blood yak was analyzed using polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Three variants and four genotypes of αs1-casein in yak milk were found, while there was only one variant for α-lactalbumin, β-casein, and β-lactoglobulin.
