锰对大鼠心肌线粒体膜流动性的影响

Influence of manganese on the mobility of mitochondria membrane lipids in the myocardium of rats

低硒可以导致心肌线粒体膜流动性降低,呼吸酶障碍。鉴于外源性锰对大鼠体内硒的拮抗作用,本文探讨了高锰对大鼠心肌线粒体膜流动性的影响。经腹腔给大鼠注射40mg/kg氯化锰五周,致使大鼠心肌锰含量增高,而硒含量降低,全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性呈进行性下降。锰组大鼠心肌线粒体荧光偏振度及微粘度明显高于对照组大鼠。结果表明,高锰可以使大鼠心肌线粒体膜流动性明显降低。

Low selenium can decrease the mobility of mitochondria membrane lipids inthe myocardium and cause injures on mitochondrial respiratory enzymes.Beca-use high manganese takes against part on selenium in rat,so the effects ofmanganese on the mobility of mitochodria membrane lipids were studied. Manganese dichoride(40mg/kg of MnCl_2·4H_2O)was administrated daily to 38rats for 35 days intraperitoneally.An obvious increase in manganese content andselenium levels was reduced in myocardium.Glutathione peroxidase activity inthe whole blood of manganese-treated rats was below the controls.The degree offluorescence polarization(P)of two groups(MnCl_2 and 0.9% NaCl)was respe-ctively 0.366±0.020;0.274±0.013(P<0.01).In Conclusion,high manganese can reduce selenium content in myocardium andactivity of glutathione peroxidase in whole blood and reduce the mobility ofmitochondria membrane lipids in myocardium of rats.
