微营养素对热应激期蛋鸡血液生化指标的影响

The Effect of Micro-nutrients on Blood Biochemical Itmes for Layers Exposed to Acute Ambient Temperature

选择 44周龄京白蛋鸡 1 2 0只随机分为三组 ,通过日粮添加不同水平的微营养素 (维生素 C、微量元素 Zn、Se、Cu) ,观察对血清总蛋白、清蛋白、血红蛋白、血糖含量和碱性磷酸酶、谷丙转氨酶活性的影响。结果表明 ,当热应激导致蛋鸡血清中总蛋白、清蛋白和血红蛋白含量下降 ,血糖含量升高 ,碱性磷酸酶和谷丙转氨酶活性升高时 ,通过添加微营养素可抑制蛋鸡血清中总蛋白 (p<0 .0 5 )的下降 ,碱性磷酸酶 (p<0 .0 5 )及谷丙转氨酶活性的升高 ,表明微营养素对缓解蛋鸡的热应激损伤具有显著作用。

week old Jing Bai laying hens were randomly divided into three groups.They were kept at different adding of micro nutrients(Vit C,Micro minerals Zn,Se,Cu)to investigate the contents of total amount of protein,white protein,hemoglobin,blood sugar and the activities of alkaline phosphatase(ALP),glutamic alanine aminotransferase(GPT) in serum.The experiment results showed that:(1)Heat stress caused the decrease of serum contents of total protein,white protein,hemoglobin and the increasing of glucose,ALP,GPT.(2)The decrease of contents of total protein(P<0.05),white protein,hemoglobin and the increasing of glucose,ALP(P<0.05),GPT were regulated by the micro nutrients.It was an efficient method to control the per oxidative process by the way of adding the micro nutrients to diets.
