摘要
从某猪场发生一种以脓性、干酪性关节炎为特征的病例中 ,经细菌学检查 ,分离到数株 G+棒状细菌 ,鉴定为化脓放线菌 (Act- inomyces pyogenes)。对分离菌进行了药物敏感性试验 ,人和动物红细胞溶血试验及小白鼠致病性试验。
A strain G + daviform bacteria were isolated from a case characterized pyogenic and caseous arthrisis.The isolates were identified actionnyces pyogenes.Drug sensitivity test,hemolysis test of human and animal and mouse pathogenic test are carried out for the bolates.
