Isolation and Identification of Pathogenic E.coli O_(44):K_(88) Strain from Pegion and its Biological Character Study

从鸽中首次分离出具有O4 4和K88抗原的O4 4:K88血清型菌株 ,并对其进行了鉴定及生物特性研究 ,表明该菌株具有广泛的致病性 ,菌株表现为不溶血、HA、MSHA、SAT、刚果红试验阳性。

For the first time, a E.coli strain isisolated from pegion in which contain O 44 and K 88 antigen,at the same time identification and biological study is been carried out ,study shows the strain is pathogenic.Hemolys is negative, HA,MSHA,SAT and Congo red in masculine test result is positive.
