国际化大都市上海率先基本实现农村现代化研究

STUDY ON TAKING THE LEAD IN REALIZING RURAL MODERNIZATION OF INTERNATIONALIZED METROPOLIS—SHANGHAI

采用理论研究与实证研究、宏观研究与微观研究相结合的方法 ,研究了以“农业现代化”为基础 ,“农村工业化”为动力 ,“农村城镇化”为载体的大都市郊区农村现代化问题。围绕“三化”分别提出了“农业宏观对策”、“农村工业化对策”、“农村城镇化对策”,以供国际化大都市上海率先基本实现农村现代化的决策咨询。

The problems relating to the rural modernization of metropolitan suburbs and taking“agricultural modernization”as basis,“rural industrialization”as motive power and “rural townification”as carrier are studied by using the method of combining theoretic research with practical research as well as macro research with micro research.Around the “agricultural modernization”,“rural industrialization”and“rural townification”,the “macro countermeasures in agriculture”,the “countermeasures in rural industrialization”and the “countermeasures in rural townification”are presented here,respectively,in order to offer some advisory ideas for making decision in taking the lead in realizing rural modernization of internationalized metropolis——Shanghai.
