促肾小管上皮细胞转分化诱导剂的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 肾间质纤维化是慢性肾脏病进展为终末期肾功能衰竭的共同病理途经。国内外研究表明,肾小管上皮细胞转分化可介导细胞外基质的过量沉积,是肾间质纤维化发生发展的重要机制。大量动物研究发现,许多促纤维化细胞因子、生长因子等均可促使EMT的发生发展,而大量体外实验研究不仅证实了体内研究成果,并从分子层面探讨了诱导剂促EMT发生发展的重要机制。现就体外实验中诱导剂致EMT的研究进展综述如下。 Renal interstitial fibrosis (RIF) is a joint pathology route of chronic kidney disease progressing to end-stage renal failure. The domestic and foreign research shows that epithelial to mesenchymal transdiffer- entiation (EMT) can mediated the excessive deposition of extracellular matrix (ECM), which is the important mechanism of development of interstitial fibrosis. A great quantity of research in vivo found that the cytokine, promote fibrosis growth factor etc can prompted EMT happened and developed, and a large number of vitro research not only confirmed in vivo study achievement, but also discussed of the mechanism of inducer promoted EMT from the molecular level. This paper summarizes recent research progress on inducer of promoted EMT.
