摘要
依据生产中正在使用的液压支架连接头的实际尺寸,利用Pro/E进行三维建模,然后根据井下生产的工况需要,利用ANSYS Workbench对液压支架连接头进行有限元分析,从而确定变形量、应力和应变的变化情况,进而从技术上保证液压支架与刮板输送机连接的可靠性。
Based on the parameters of the hydraulic support connector in a mine. The 3D model with the Pro/E software is set up. And then according to the needs of the working conditions underground production, the use of ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis on the connector to determine the condition of deformation, stress and strain changes. The connector ensures the reliability of the connection between the hydraulic support and scraper conveyor technically.
