摘要
新型钢塑复合瓦斯管是一种用于抽放煤矿瓦斯气体的新型缠绕管材,它具有刚度大、重量轻、安装运输方便等优点。简单介绍了该新型钢塑复合瓦斯管材的结构及成型工艺,利用有限元分析软件Ansys计算该复合管在工作载荷下的应力、变形情况,并与PE管相比较,明确其优良性能和优点。
The new steel/plastic composite gas pipe is a new pipe that used in exhausting the gas from coal mine. It has a high stiffness, light weight and is easy to install and transport. This paper describes the new composite pipe's structure and processing technology,and calculates the composite pipe's stress and deformation in the work load using the finite element analysis software Ansys, defining its more excellent performance compared to PE Pipe.
