摘要
以采煤机行星架为研究对象,采用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件,对3种不同的约束和载荷情况下的方案进行有限元分析。对得到的应力和位移云图结果进行比较,得到较好的分析方案,为行星架类零件的有限元分析方案的选取提供参考。
To take a research of the planetary carrier of miner, using ANSYS Workbench, contrasted the three methods of different constraint and load of the planet carrier. According to the analysis results of stress and deformation, obtained the better analysis scheme, which could provided references for the choose of finite element analysis method of planet carrier.
