摘要
以某大采高电牵引采煤机为例,简要介绍了其内外喷雾冷却系统原理图;以质量方程、能量方程等为理论基础,推导了喷嘴压力-流量特性方程,确定了各条分路和支路流动特性的分析方法,通过计算获得了该采煤机内外喷雾系统的水头变化图和各支路的流量分配图,结合采煤机冷却设备实际情况,分析了该冷却系统的流动特性,指出了工作时必须注意的事项,提出了该系统的优化措施。
Take one large miner high electric draught shearer for example, introduced its schematic of internal and external spray cooling system simply; Based on mass equation and energy equation as theory,derived the pressuredischarge relationship on spray nozzle,identified the analysis method on flow characteristics of every shunt and slip,obtained the varying curve of the head on internal and external spray cooling system and the assignation chart on each branch, analyzed the flow characteristics about the spray cooling system combined the actual structure,pointed out the attentions on working, brought forward the improved methods.
