摘要
以ZK450直线振动筛为研究对象,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS对它进行了动态特性的分析。通过建立三维实体模型,计算出了ZK450振动筛的多阶固有频率和模态振型及在额定载荷下振动筛的应力分布情况。结果表明有限元分析法的有效性和可行性,为以后振动筛的设计提供了参考和借鉴。
ZK450 linear shaker for the study, the use of finite element analysis software ANSYS to analyses the dynamic characteristics. Through the establishment of three-dimensional solid model, calculated ZK450 shaker multi-order natural frequencies and mode shapes and shaker at rated load the stress distribution. Finite element analysis results show the effectiveness and feasibility of the design for the future shaker to provide a reference and learning.
