摘要
通过对不同厂家、不同规格及不同轧制状态下的Q690高强板,选用不同生产厂家的焊丝与之匹配,在不同的焊接条件下,采用不同的电参数和热参数,进行焊接工艺评定,得出结论:只要焊接工艺合理,预热温度合适,焊接参数科学,焊后采取适当的保温措施,不但可以避免裂纹的产生,还能保证焊接接头的力学性能,满足技术和使用要求。
By different manufacturers, different specifications and Q690 of high strength plate under different roiling conditions, different manufacturers of welding wire matched, in different welding conditions, using different parameters of electrical and heat parameters. Draws the conclusion: so long as the welding craft is reasonable, the preheating temperature is appropriate, the welding parameter science, after welds takes the suitable heat preservation measure, not only may avoid the craek the production, but also can guarantee the weld joint mechanics performance satisfies the technology and the operation requirements.
