摘要
针对某改造的机械拉床导柱设计的不足,结合ANSYS Workbench软件对该导柱进行改进,力图获得更佳的改进结果。通过对原来实心导柱的最大垂直变形仿真计算,与改进后的中空导柱的计算结果进行比较分析,得出中空导柱可使拉床具有更好的性能及节省材料的优点。
Targeted design flaws of guide cylinder of transformation mechanical internal broaching, design of it was improved to get better results with ANSYS Workbench soft. By comparing with simulation of original solid guide cylinder maximum vertical deformation and results of improved hollow guide cylinder. It can concluded that hollow guide cylinder make broaching performance better and has advantages of material savings.
