Application of Viaul C++ Used in Shearer Malfunction Monitoring System

针对采煤机监控系统的实时性、可靠性要求,采用性能稳定的嵌入式硬件作为监控系统的载体,运用模块化设计方法,分块实现监控系统的功能,详细分析了各模块的具体设计。并使用C++作为研发手段,分析了定时器、故障屏蔽设置、故障报警、参数设置的关键技术。经实践证明,本监控系统能实时显示采煤机工况信息和实现对参数设置的控制,具有快速、灵活、可靠的优点。

Owing to real time and reliable need of shearer malfunction monitoring system, this paper uses embedded hardware as monitoring system＇s platform, exercises building block design to actualize monitoring system＇s function, analyses all modules＇ detail design, uses C ＋＋ to develop system, introduces timer, fault shield setting, parameter setting, fault alarm＇s key technology. Proved by example that：this monitoring system could display work information, set parameters, and have celerity, flexible, and reliable merits.
