摘要
为了解决带式输送机使用过程中经常出现一些打滑、跑偏、堆煤、烟雾和超温等故障问题,提出了一种基于DSP技术、单片机技术的带式输送机保护控制方案,系统测试表明该系统有较好的稳定性和准确性。
To solve problems associated with skid, running deviation, coal heaping, smoke and over temperature of belt conveyor. A new protection and control system combined with DSP technology. Micro control Unit （MCU） technology is presented in this paper. Experiment results shows that this system has good stability and preciosity.
