摘要
基于Pro/E软件建立上开式扇形闸门箕斗的三维实体模型,实现了箕斗沿固定曲轨卸载过程的动态仿真,缩短了箕斗的设计周期,降低了箕斗的开发成本,为后续箕斗和曲轨的有限元分析及优化设计打下了基础。
3D modeling,virtual assembly and motion simulation of a reducer were completed with Pro/E. During vitual design, faults of a reducer can be found out prior to be made,which is helpful to optimize it.And further,it can improve design efficiency greatly and save development cost.
