摘要
在1 000mm×400mm有机玻璃方塔试验装置上考察GXD型复式导流浮阀塔板的流体力学性能,并在相同开孔率下与DL型导流浮阀塔板、F1型浮阀塔板的流体力学性能进行对比。结果表明:GXD型复式导流浮阀塔板具有良好的流体力学性能,相同气速下与F1型浮阀塔板相比,其压降降低约25%,处理能力提高约35%以上;与DL型浮阀塔板相比其效率提高约15%。虽然GXD型浮阀塔板泄漏强度的操作下限与其它浮阀塔板相比偏高,但该塔板不仅能降低分馏塔的压降,还可以提高操作效率和轻质油拔出率。
The hydrodynamic performance of GXD float valve tray with double flow guide was studied using a synthetic glass rectangular tower(1 000 mm×400 mm) device,and compared with DL float valve tray with flow guide and F1 float valve tray at the same opening porosity.Results show that GXD float valve tray displays good hydrodynamic performance,under the same gas velocity as compared with F1 float valve tray,its pressure drop is 25% lower and process capacity is more than 35% higher;its efficiency is about 15% higher than that of DL float valve tray.Even though the minimum operation limit for leakage intensity of GXD float valve tray is a bit higher than the others,distillation tower with GXD float valve tray exhibits not only low pressure drop,but also high operation efficiency and high distilled yield of light fractions.
