摘要2004年6月南非麻醉科医师Miller等发明并推出一种新型喉上通气装置SLIPA（streamlined liner of the pharynx airway），试图改善以往喉罩价格昂贵、医源性交叉感染、咽喉部神经压迫损伤及反流误吸等不足。该通气道由软塑料吹制塑形而成，形如一只人脚，具有类似足尖、足背和足跟等突起，
