伏邪理论在治未病中的应用

Applying insidious pathogen theory to preventive treatment of disease

中医学既重视正气在疾病发生发展中的主导地位,也重视邪气在疾病发生中的重要地位。然而,当前普遍从养生学角度或从扶正的角度入手治未病,往往忽视驱除邪气在治未病中的作用。针对治未病理论注重正气而忽视邪气的不足,探讨伏邪理论在治未病中的应用,提出在伏邪理论指导下:①直捣募原巢穴;②畅通病邪出路;③分消孤邪;④伏邪缓攻;⑤痰瘀毒并治;⑥以物治气;⑦开达募原;⑧邪正两顾;⑨和解表里;⑩外治逐邪等治未病的治疗方法及策略。

Traditional Chinese medicine not only attach importance to the leading role of vital-qi in the happening and developing of disease,but also attach importance to the important role of evil factor in the happening of illness.However,currently people often prevent possilbe disease by starting with perspective of regimen or strengthening the body resistance,they often neglect the effect of dispelling evil qi in preventing possible disease.This thesis aims at the shortcoming of paying attention to vital-qi but neglecting evil qi,probing into the application of insidious pathogen theory in preventing possible disease,bringing forward the treatment methods and strategies of preventing possible disease guided by insidious pathogen theory： ①storming vital point den;②unbloking the outlet of pathogenic factor;③eliminating single pathogen factors separately;④slowly attacking the insidious pathogen;⑤combining treatment of phlegm,stagnation and poison;⑥treating qi with substance;⑦opening and unblocking vital point;⑧considering both evil qi and vital qi;⑨relieving the outside and the inside;⑩dispelling the evil by external treatment.
