文章根据历代本草文献中所载之紫堇属药物的原文和附图,对比标本,参考相关文献,运用现代植物分类学方法,对紫堇属药物进行系统的本草考证,澄清了有关紫堇属药物的同名异物和历史沿革等问题。紫堇属(Corydalis DC)药物在长期使用过程中存在名实混淆现象。为了确保临床用药安全有效,文章根据历代本草文献所载之紫堇属药物的原文和附图,对比标本,参考相关文献,运用现代植物分类学方法,对紫堇属药物进行系统的本草考证,澄清了有关紫堇属药物的同名异物和历史沿革等问题,为紫堇属药物的开发利用提供理论基础。经考证发现,自《本草拾遗》始载延胡索后,诸本草共收17种紫堇属药物。此17种药物实际上为紫堇属的11种植物,其中部分药物与一些中药及植物分类文献所载植物学名有些出入。

According to original text and figures of Corydalis DC in medicinal works of past dynasties,compared sample in Herbarium,and utilize plant taxonomy methods to do herbalogical study systematically and clarify the issue of homonym and evolution of Corydalis DC.The apprication of medicines from Corydalis DC were confused in the long time.In order to ensure the safty and effectivity of clinical apprication,and provide theoretical foundation of developing and ultilization,the paper compared samples in Herbarium,and utilized plant taxonomy methods to do herbalogical study systematically and clarify the issue of homonym and evolution of Corydalis DC,according to original text and figures of the genera in medicinal works of past dynasties.The result shows that there are 17 species of the genera described by all kinds of medicinal works since C.yanhusuo was first recorded in Bencao Shiyi.However,several of them described in ancient works were different with what in modern literatures.
