基于图像处理的大学生亚健康状态面色特征分析

Facial feature analysis of sub-health state based on image processing

目的:观察分析亚健康状态大学生面色特征。方法:应用《健康状态评估简表》对207名大学生健康状态进行评估;应用数字图像分析技术进行面色特征分析,分别取额头、左颊、右颊、鼻头、下颌、口唇6个部位进行分析;分析不同健康状态、亚健康不同中医证型的面色RGB色度、HIS色度、L*a*b*色度颜色特征。结果:亚健康组与健康组在整体面色上并没有显著性差别,在局部面色上存在一定显著性差异;亚健康各中医证型组之间存在较多显著性差异;对亚健康进行面色观察分析时,局部面色的分析比整体分析更具诊断价值。结论:将面色图像分析方法应用于亚健康评价是完全可行的,为亚健康状态的客观评价提供了依据。

Objective： To observe the facial features of sub-health state of university students.Methods： Health State Survey Short Form was employed to assess the health state of 207 healthy university students.Digital image analysis technique was adopted to display the facial conditions respectively on the forehead,left and right cheeks,nasal tip,mandible and lips,and then analyze the facial features of RGB,HIS and L＊a＊b＊ of different health states and different syndromes of sub-health state.Results： There was no striking difference in the total complexion between sub-health and health,but a significant difference in some regions.The facial features varied greatly in the different syndromes of sub-health state,and regional facial feature helped more than total facial feature in the diagnosis of sub-health state.Conclusion： Image analysis of facial complexion is feasible for sub-health survey,and can provide an objective assessment for sub-health state.
