温胆汤调畅气机的作用

Primary exploration of Wendan Decoction's function of regulating qi activity

温胆汤是一首古代名方,现已被广泛应用于治疗神经系统、心血管系统、消化系统的相关病症。单从温胆汤的药物组成来看,众人多直观地认为温胆汤是一首化痰方,而对其条畅气机作用认识不甚清晰。文章从胆腑调畅气机的作用入手,在胆腑的功能基础之上,分别从温胆汤通过化痰以利胆及调理脾胃气机两个方面详细论述了温胆汤调畅气机的作用机制,并与常用的小柴胡汤、逍遥散在组方机制及所治疾病的病机等方面进行了对比,揭示温胆汤在调畅气机方面的特点与优势。

Wendan Decoction is an ancient decoction.It has been widely used to treat the diseases related to nervous system,cardiovascular system and digestive system.Simply from the composition of Wendan Decoction,many people will intuitively treat it as a prescription of reducing phlegm.But its function of regulating qi usually can’t beunderstood very clearly.This article is based on the function of the gallbladder’s regulating qi activity.It expounded the action mechanism of the Wendan Decoction’s function from reducing phlegm and regulating the qi of spleen and stomach.At last,it promulgated the Wendan Decoction’s character and the superiority in regulating qi activity compared with the Xiao Chaihu Decoction and the Xiaoyao Powder which are common used in similar syndrome type.
