中风中经络、中脏腑证候分布演变规律及其相关因素研究进展

Research progress of distribution,evolution law and the related factors of syndrome of stroke in meridian or in zang-fu viscera

文章系统回顾了中风中经络、中脏腑的历史沿革,证候规范化、证候分布演变规律及其与实验室指标的相关性,发现中经络、中脏腑两者在证候分布、演变方面有其特殊规律,中风病中医辨证分型与实验室指标相关性的研究虽在某些方面取得了可喜成果,但目前尚未找到能确切反映中风证候分布本质差异的特异性实验室指标。

This paper reviewed the history,syndrome standardization,syndrome distribution and evolution law of stroke in meridian and in zang-fu viscera,and the correlation of laboratory indexes.It found that there were special laws of syndrome distribution and evolution both in stroke in meridian and in zang-fu viscera.Although in some respects of TCM syndrome differentiation and its relevance of laboratory indexes research had achieved gratifying resultsstroke,has yet to find the exact specific laboratory indexes which could reflect the essential difference of the stroke syndrome distribution.
