摘要
目的:提取及测定新疆石榴皮中的总多酚和总多糖含量,并测定其抗氧化活性。方法:采用超声提取法提取石榴皮中的总多酚,采用水提醇沉法提取石榴皮中的总多糖;通过测定其还原能力和对DPPH自由基的清除能力,对石榴皮多酚和多糖的抗氧化活性进行研究。结果:石榴皮总多酚含量为1.05%,总多糖含量为50.40%;石榴皮多酚和多糖具有较强的还原能力和清除DPPH自由基能力。结论:新疆石榴皮多酚和多糖提取工艺稳定、可靠,且体外有明显抗氧化活性。
Objective: To extract total polyphenol and polysaccharide from pomegranate(Punica granatum L.) peel of Xinjiang and to determine their contents and antioxidant activities.Methods: The total polyphenol was extracted by means of ultrasonic assisted extraction and the polysaccharide was extracted with hot water and precipitated by alcohol.The antioxidant activity of polyphenol and polysaccharide from pomegranate peel were comparative studied by determining the deoxidizing capacity and DPPH·scavenging effect.Results: The contents of total polyphenol and polysaccharide were 1.05% and 50.40%,respectively.Polyphenol and polysaccharide from pomegranate peel had stronger deoxidizing capacity and DPPH·scavenging effect.Conclusion: Total polyphenol and polysaccharide from pomegranate peel had a stable and reliable extraction process and exhibited obvious antioxidant activities in vitro.
