蒙药达日布八味丸治疗高脂血症46例疗效观察

Observing of the curative effect on treatment of Mongolian medicine Drbu-8 Patent Medicine Pill of 46 cases for hyperlipidemia

目的:观察蒙药达日布八味丸治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的高脂血症患者100例,随机分为治疗组50例和对照组50例,治疗组采用蒙药达日布八味丸治疗;对照组采用血脂康治疗,疗程60d。治疗过程中,治疗组脱落4例,对照组脱落6例。观察治疗后两组的血脂水平,并进行安全性评价。结果:中医证候疗效总有效率:治疗组为93.5%,对照组为68.2%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01);实验检测血脂指标:治疗组总有效率91.3%,对照组总有效率84.1%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:蒙药达日布八味丸对高脂血症具有确切疗效。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effectiveness of Mongolian medicine Drbu-8 Patent Medicine Pill for hyperlipidemia.Methods： 100 Patients diagnosed with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into two groups,the group of 50 cases and the group of 50 cases.The treatment group received Mongolian medicine Drbu-8 Patent Medicine Pill while the control received Xuezhikang,both of them for 60d.During the treatment,the treatment group is off 4 cases and the control group is off 6 cases.The outcomes were measured,compared between the two groups and observed the standard hyperlipidemia level of the two groups before and after the use of the medicine.And the exact evaluation about the safety of the medicine was clearly given.Results： The total effective rate for traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） syndromes was 93.5% in the treatment group and 68.2% in the control group（P〈0.01）;according to the blood lipid levels by blood test,the total effective rate was 91.3% in the treatment group and 84.1% in the control group.There was also a significant difference（P〈0.01） in between the two groups.Conclusion： Mongolian medicine Drbu-8 Patent Medicine Pill for treating hyperlipidemia does have the significant effectiveness.
