摘要
随着海洋开发活动的复杂化和多元化,传统经济发展方式导致陆海经济间的矛盾日渐突出,陆海统筹为解决陆海经济发展矛盾提供了新思路。从经济地理角度,以陆海关联性为着眼点,分析陆海统筹内涵特征,论证实施陆海统筹的必要性与可行性,提出陆海统筹的实现目标,从新的角度理解和诠释陆海统筹,以期为陆海统筹研究与实践提供参考。
With the complexity and diversification of marine development activities, the sealand limitations stood out constantly.
