摘要
中国战略性海洋新兴产业发展面临难得机遇,必须以科学方法尽早明确战略性海洋新兴产业的发展重点。综合考虑一般主导产业和新兴产业的选取原则,结合中国海洋经济特色和目前发展阶段进行适应性创新,确定"十二五"时期应重点打造海洋工程装备、海洋生物、海水综合利用和海洋新能源等产业。
The strategic marine emerging industries in China are facing rare development opportunities. Study found that we should select the strategic focus of the strategic marine emerging industries scientifically. Hence, we should consider both the general principle of selecting leading industries and the principle of selecting emerging industry comprehensively, make adaptive innovations in the light of the characteristics of China＇s marine economy and the current stage of development, and focusing on marine engineering equipment, marine biology, sea water utilization and marine new energy industries to create strategic marine emerging industries.
