摘要 围绕海洋循环经济对于节能减排的重要性,以北疆电厂"电水盐"模式为例,从生产环节入手,创新性地研究了节能减排评价指标体系的内容,提出了评价的理论与方法,并通过分析北疆电厂的投产运行情况,得出北疆电厂海洋循环经济模式在节能减排方面成果显著的结论。 The "Electricity-Water-Sah" mode of Beijiang Power Plant is an important practice for the development of marine circular economy. This paper focuses on the importance of marine circular economy for the energy saving, starting from production processes, it innovatively researches the evaluation index system of energy saving, and proposes evaluation theory and methods. By analyzing the situation of Beijiang Power Plant having gone into operation, we can conclude that the major circular economy model of Beijiang power plant has achieved significant results in energy saving and emission reduction.
